In 1994, Harvey A. Crouch, MS, PE started Crouch Engineering’s college Cooperative Education Program, partnering with Tennessee Technological University. Since the induction of the program and the first Crouch Engineering co-op, Crouch Engineering has taken on more than 35 college of engineering students over the past 20 years, and has hired 14 past co-ops in full time project management and engineering positions since 1994.
Our co-ops receive training in railway surveying, engineering design, civil design, and construction project management. They have the opportunity to travel, and work in a professional, fulltime, paid position, receiving generous company benefits during their employment. Experience as a co-op counts toward vesting in Crouch Engineering programs following graduation as well.
College engineering students, willing to work on one-year assignments, are urged to send their resumes to Crouch Engineering for consideration.
